URM Company was born from a simple conviction: a community isn't sold with renderings — it's sold with finished infrastructure. Paved streets, power, drinking water, security and clean paperwork before the first lot is delivered.
Based in the United States with roots in Peravia province, we know both buyers: the Dominican family building close to their own, and the diaspora investing from afar who needs trust, clear titles and direct communication.
