URM Company is a real estate and development company with a presence in the United States and the Dominican Republic. Since 2019 we have combined real estate services, property management, development and construction to create long-term opportunities.

URM Company was founded in 2019 on a simple conviction: a community is built through planning, not promises. Streets, power, drinking water and security are planned from the first line drawn, and every stage is described as it actually stands.
Based in the United States with roots in Peravia province, we know both buyers: the Dominican family building close to their own, and the diaspora investing from afar who needs trust, clear titles and direct communication.
